Founder
Morris Mennenga's years of experience as a builder began in the early 1970's prior to moving from Illinois to Chandler, AZ. The construction company he started several years later, framed custom homes designed by well- known companies in Phoenix. Subsequently, the commercial side of his business expanded and in 1988, Discovery Homes was founded. Along with Discovery Building Companies Inc., Discovery Homes has been building spec and custom homes, subdivisions and commercial properties throughout Casa Grande and its surroundings. With continuous growth taking place, many projects are in the planning and ongoing phases.

Mike Mennenga
President
As a young man, Mike Mennenga started his career in construction when he joined a framing company as their framing foreman in 1991. He gained much valuable experience and knowledge about the building industry not only from his hard work during the years that followed, but also from his father, Morris. Now, as the president of Discovery Homes, many in our communities are enjoying the homes he has built, as he continues to expand and work on various projects in meeting the needs of future homeowners and businesses.
